Fulfillment Policy

1. Purpose

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how JosRaq Solutions Inc. delivers its strategic consulting, management, and advisory services to its partners, clients, and portfolio companies. Our goal is to ensure that all services are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with agreed timelines and expectations.

2. Service Engagement

Upon initiation of any service agreement, a formal engagement scope will be outlined and confirmed in writing. This includes service type, deliverables, timeline, communication channels, and billing terms.

3. Project Fulfillment & Delivery

All consulting and management services are delivered according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Depending on the nature of the engagement, deliverables may include written strategic reports, operational plans, performance reviews, investment advisory sessions, or scheduled consulting meetings.

Timelines and milestones will be jointly established and monitored throughout the engagement.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

Should any adjustments to the project scope or timeline be necessary, clients must communicate changes in writing. Revisions may require updated timelines and may be subject to additional charges depending on the scope of work.

5. Communication & Reporting

We maintain regular communication throughout the engagement to provide updates and gather feedback. Clients receive scheduled reports or documentation to ensure full visibility into the progress and performance of deliverables.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel services with advance notice, as outlined in their agreement. A minimum of 10 business days' notice is typically required for cancellations without penalty. Early termination may result in partial charges based on work completed to date.

7. Dispute Resolution

If there is any concern with the fulfillment of services, clients are encouraged to contact us directly at support@josraqsolutions.com. We will review the issue in good faith and work to resolve it in a timely and professional manner.
